McDougle island? It has a ring to it, right? With hard work and the ability to make big plays, it’s possible that Dexter will make his way onto the Jets defense and contribute right away. The Jets pass defense ranked 22nd in the NFL last season, allowing 246.7 yards per game while only intercepting 13 passes. Before McDougle got hurt in his senior season at Maryland, he was able to rack up three interceptions in only three games. If not for a season-ending injury, McDougle would have solidified the Terps defense and helped them win more games in 2013. Will McDougle be the Jets guy when the 2014 season kicks off?
