The regular season has finished and the Towson University football team finds themselves ranked among the top-five FCS football teams in both the The Sports Network poll and the NCAA FCS Coaches poll.
The Tigers finished the season with a record of 10-2 and have the best record in the CAA over the past three years at 19-5.
Coach Rob Ambrose and the Tigers have earned a first round bye for the NCAA FCS playoffs and will play the winner of the Fordham-Sacred Heart at Unitas Stadium on Saturday, December 7 at 1PM.
Expect the Tigers to not only play in this years playoffs but they will make some noise as they continue to restore the roar of the Towson University football program.
