Get used to seeing the teams from the AFC North grouped together. Outside of the Cleveland Browns, the division had a strong showing in Week 1.

The AFC North will be one of the toughest divisions in the NFL. The Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals all have a realistic chance of winning the division.

Baltimore is coming off a 13-7 win over the Buffalo Bills in which their defense dominated the game. It was classic Ravens football with terrific play on defense with the offense doing just enough to win the game.

The Bengals went to MetLife Stadium and beat a good New York Jets team that could be in playoff contention by year’s end. A.J. Green had a great day against Darelle Revis, catching 12 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown. Cincy has an underrated defense that made the game-winning play by picking of Ryan Fitzpatrick in the closing seconds of the game.

The Steelers had their way with Washington on Monday night. DeAngelo Williams ran for 143 yards and two touchdowns, while Ben Roethlisberger threw for 300 yards and three touchdowns. Pittsburgh proved that their offense will be one of the best in the NFL and a serious contender in the AFC.

Then there are the Browns. They are coming off a 29-10 thrashing at the hands of rookie quarterback Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles. The never-ending saga at quarterback continues in Cleveland as they lost Robert Griffin in the process to a shoulder injury that will put him on injured reserve.

Here is a recap of the current standings:

We will certainly see a shakeup in the AFC North next week as the four teams will all square off against each other. The Bengals are traveling to Pittsburgh, while the Ravens are heading to Cleveland in Week 2. Both games are scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
