We are back with the sixth episode of our Baltimore sports podcast, BMore Wired, and introduce our first guest as the Baltimore Orioles play in Seattle.

Episode 6 is our first episode with a special guest, who is my good friend Nick Larichiuta. He is a die-hard Baltimore sports fan and another season ticket holder in the friendly confines of Section 82. This is also the first time we have done a show while the Baltimore Orioles were in action.

I open the show by asking the guys whether Adam Jones is deserving of an All-Star selection and we debate which Orioles make the game. Clayton Kershaw will miss his start against the O’s, and we are happy to hear that because Bud Norris is going to start against his former team. Hyun Soo Kim sets the record for most home runs during the show and my co-host Scott Rosario boldly predicts a World Series between the Orioles and Washington Nationals.

In our weekly “7s” we branch out throughout the sports world. San Francisco Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner was hitting for himself that night and their is a difference in opinions about whether he should have done it. Andrew Luck signed a nice new contract, while Johnny Manziel was just hit with a four-game suspension. Zlatan Ibrahimovic will sign with Manchester United, while former Terps recruit Terrance Ferguson has decided to spurn the Arizona Wildcats to play professionally overseas. The real laugher of the whole show was asking the guys about Wimbledon and Nick explaining CFL rules that I had no idea about.

We introduce our newest segment “Crying Jordan’s of the Week” and we have some photos that will make you laugh. I chose this gem after winning the bet against Scott in the last episode, and the picture explains it all.

Scott counters with his disappointment over the Warriors loss with a hilarious Crying Jordan over the face of Steph Curry’s daughter.

We jump into our “Beefed It” moments next and Scott chooses the Tampa Bay (Devil) Rays after getting swept by the Orioles last weekend. Nick chose the Polish soccer team, mostly because he lost a little wager earlier in the day. I stuck with the soccer talk and had a strong message for the England soccer team: “You invented the freaking sport!”

Next: Episode 5 - Paying the Piper

We end the show with a discussion about Kevin Durant and the rest of NBA Free Agency. Some guys around the league are getting paid, and we take a few guesses at where some of the big names end up. We hope you like what you have heard so far, and we have a handful of guests lined up for future shows.
