The 2016 Baltimore Ravens have several storylines to follow as they take the practice field for the first time today for organized team activities.

We have speculated for months how the Ravens would look at the start of organized team activities. That day has finally come.

John Harbaugh and the rest of the squad will hit the field today for their first practice. The team will be together for the next three days in the first of three OTAs before a minicamp on June 14 that is mandatory for all players.

It has been quite the offseason for the Ravens. They have overhauled a good portion of the roster coming off one of the worst seasons in franchise history. Now, we are left to wonder how this team comes together this year.

The club is already in hot water after players were wearing full pads during rookie minicamp. Players had pads on during a punt protection drill, which is a violation of the collective bargaining agreement. The team faces a possible fine or a forfeiture of offseason workouts.

Injuries played a huge factor in last season’s disastrous campaign. I have previously given an update on each players status heading into the offseason workouts, but there is one player’s recovery that is the concern of everyone in Baltimore.
