Don’t count out the underdog! With Ray Rice‘s recent split from the Baltimore Ravens, some other running backs have been afforded the opportunity to show their purple pride on the football field.

Perhaps rookie Lorenzo Taliaferro, who has not had much action on the football field this season, will be able to rise to the occasion and be impressive in his position in the Raven’s upcoming game against The Cleveland Browns.

Taliaferro, who stands at 6 feet even and 229 lbs, was drafted in the 4th round of the 2014 NFL draft by the Baltimore Ravens.

According to the Baltimore Sun, when asked about his current position Taliaferro said, “I don’t know what my role is going to be… “I just know I’m ready for whatever it is.  I can’t control any of that. All I can control is what I do when my number is called in that moment.”
