Baltimore Ravens Cut Fitzgerald Toussaint, Awarded With Christo Bilukidi

First, the Baltimore Ravens cut the undrafted rookie free agent, then they picked him back up, and now, according to Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun, they have once again waived Fitzgerald Toussaint.

It is reported as well that they have been rewarded with defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi, who was released by the Cincinnati Bengals yesterday.

This move is a bit puzzling, as the Ravens terminated the contract of starting running back Ray Rice earlier today and are left with only three running backs on the roster.

Toussaint is also a guy that rushed for over 100 yards in the final game of the preseason, so keeping him around would just make logical sense. However, the Ravens must not think so. Or perhaps they hope he will clear waivers.

With this occurring, could the team perhaps be looking to acquire a running back in the near future?
