Tom Izzo, Michigan State Head Basketball Coach

"“I’d like to welcome Maryland to the Big Ten. Your standing as a distinguished academic institution with a tradition-rich athletic department is a great addition to our conference. Now that the move is official as of today, Maryland fans don’t have to worry about the Carolina bias that is the ACC anymore.

Terrapin fans can be excited for what will prove to be a conference full of excitement, passion, and intense competition.
