One Terp gets drafted and two sign as free agents.

The dust is now settling on the 2014 NFL draft, and undrafted free agents have started to sign with teams.

The Maryland Terrapins were represented in the 2014 draft class by corner back Dexter McDougle, who was selected by the New York Jets in the third round with the 80th overall pick.

McDougle gave Maryland it’s lone draft selection which is a testament to Dexter’s hard work and great career that was cut short this past season.

After the draft finished, two other Terps have signed with NFL teams. Both Marcus Whitfield and Issac Goins will get an opportunity to take their game to the next level of play.
