Happy St. Patrick’s Day from The Baltimore Wire

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from all of us here at The Baltimore Wire!

We hope you all rocked your Maryland sports attire with a splash of green here and there.

For those of you who don’t know, St. Patrick was a Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland during the fifth century. One thing he made famous during his ministry and is still a part of the St. Patrick’s Day holiday is the shamrock.

He used it to illustrate the doctrine of the trinity in that there is one God in three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Each person of the trinity is distinct and yet they are all one.

I think the shamrock is also a good illustration as to what The Baltimore Wire is all about.

Here at The Baltimore Wire, we primarily cover the Baltimore Ravens, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Maryland Terrapins. Each of these teams are distinct and yet they all make this blog one.

We are Baltimore. We are Fansided.

Help us continue to reach the fans by sharing our articles through social media.

Happy St. Patty’s Day everyone!
